Bokepyin 20 March

Strong winds hit Bokepyin, Kawthoung District, Taninthayi Region at about 6:30 pm on 19 March.

Due to the strong winds, roofs of Myoma Stadium in Shwebon Ward and some house roofs in the ward were destroyed. In addition, some shady trees were knocked down.

Chairman of Township Disaster Management Committee Township Administrator and members helped the house owners to clear the damages and no casualties were reported in the incident.
