Magway 29 May

Strong winds hit Magway Region on 27 May and it destroyed some houses, religious buildings and schools.

Due to the forceful winds, ten houses in the region collapsed and roofs of 134 houses, three religious buildings and one school building were flipped over. No casualties were reported in the incident.

Officials and local residents helped the victims to clear the damages and to repair their houses. In addition, arrangements are being made to provide necessary aids to the victims with the help of respective department.
