Medical workers from the Township Department of Health conducted vaccination campaign at Bo Taik Chum Hall of B.E.H.S-1, B.E.H.S-2 and B.E.H.S-4 in the Town of Hakha, Chin State on 18 January.

Students aged 12 years and above who have received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 21 December last year received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 18 January.

Healthcare workers and volunteers monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of students before administering the vaccine and watched them for 30 minutes after giving the vaccine in line with COVID-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.

Medical workers continue to vaccinate the remaining students with the vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in the town of Hakha till January 20.—Maung Lin Htet(IPRD)
