Students aged 12 and above received their second dose of Covid-19 vaccine at B.E.H.S in Bayabyu Village in Hsihseng Township, Pa'O Self-Administered Zone, Shan State (South) this morning.

The healthcare workers monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of the students before giving the vaccine to them and watched them for 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine.

Medical workers conducted vaccination campaign, with the collaboration of officials from education department, village administrators, members of the township Red-cross Society and volunteers. Medical workers will continue to vaccinate the remaining students at the vaccination sites in the township, according to an official from the Township General Administration Department.—Myo Myat (Hsihseng)
