A 66/11 kV 10 MVA sub-power station is being built with the funds if the Union Budget in the current fiscal year in Wunbeinn Village in Pinlebu Township in Sagaing Region.
    

Once completed, electricity would be distributed to 45 nearby villages. The sub-power station measures 45 ft. in length, 30 ft. in width, and 13 ft. in height and is of a one-storey concrete facility. Construction of the structure is expected in the next fiscal year.
    

Pinlebu Township consists of 266 villages and electricity has been facilitated in 91 villages. Rural electrification task is currently being carried out in three villages, according to an official from the township Electricity Supply Enterprise.
