A ceremony to wrap up a free English proficiency course, jointly organized by the Township Information and Public Relations Department and Kachin Sate Libraries Foundation, was held at the community center of the Township IPRD in the Town of Myitkyina, Kachin State on 25 May.

During the ceremony, staff officer of the State Information and Public Relations Department U Hla Htay delivered a speech and an official from the Township IPRD clarified the purposes of the training course and spoke words of thanks to officials from Kachin State Libraries Foundation and course instructors. 

This was followed by the presentation of completion certificates and certificate of honor to the trainees and course instructors.

The one-month training course was attended by 27 trainees from Basic Education Primary Schools in the Township. The course covers grammar and vocabulary.— Yaw Saung(IPRD)
