With a view to creating job opportunities for rural people, the Department of Rural Development organized a sewing course in Kyaungdawyar Village, Pwinphyu Township, Magway Region this morning.

First of all, U Winshwe, Administrator of the Township GAD delivered an opening speech. Afterwards, an official from the DRD clarified the purpose of the course and urged the trainees to practically apply the lessons learned in the training to generate more income for their families.

Afterwards, a trainee spoke words of thanks on behalf of the trainees.

The training course which will run from July 1 to 30 is being attended by 30 trainees in the village. –Ye Win Naing
