A Himalayan Griffon vulture was captured in a yard of a resident in Myoma (1) Quarter, Peinzalote Town, Nyaunglebin Township, Bago Region (East) at around 10:30 am on 11 January, and the vulture had been looked after, said Ma Naw Bway Hpaw, a bird lover living in the town.
