The Ministry of Commerce will accept the online applications for vehicle imports from auto showrooms starting from 1 October, according to the third meeting of Supervisory Committee for Motor Vehicle Importing held online yesterday.
A total of 191 overseas Myanmar citizens; 150 from Singapore and 41 from Thailand, who were stranded abroad due to the suspension of commercial flights, returned home by relief flight yesterday.
The Department of Rural Development has implemented the Cash for Work Project which could create 2.8 million job opportunities for rural people in 2,505 villages in 259 townships from July to September.
