President U Win Myint and First Lady Daw Cho Cho welcomed President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in and wife Kim Jung-sook at the Presidential Palace in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday afternoon.
The closing of an advanced tailoring course conducted by the vocational training school for women of the Technical and Vocational Education Department under the Ministry of Border Affairs took place at the school in Maungtaw, Rakhine State on 30 August.
According to the observations at 6 p.m. on 2 September, the water level of the Taninthayi River has exceeded 3 ft. and 3 inch above its danger mark following incessant heavy rains in Taninthayi Township since 23 August.
THE signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Asia Foundation was held at Park Royal Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw, at 2:00 PM yesterday.
