A ceremony to donate cash assistance to the homes for the aged and kindergartens which were established on a self-reliant basis was held at the meeting room of the Department of Social Welfare in Myingyan, Mandalay Region on 3 April.
Mandalay to allow use of fallow, virgin land for businesses
