Cuba's first prime minister in more than four decades -- long-serving tourism minister Manuel Marrero -- took office Saturday as the country resurrected a post last held by Fidel Castro.
Abe, Trump to continue cooperation on N. Korea

At least 18 prisoners dead in clash at Honduras jail
At least 18 inmates died and 16 were injured in overnight clashes between prisoners in Honduras after fighting erupted at a jail in the northern port town of Tela, prison officials said Saturday. The National Penitentiary Institute said 17 prisoners had died at the facility in Tela, about 120 miles (200 kilometers) from the capital Tegucigalpa, and another died in hospital, with local media describing the unrest as gang violence.
Turkey to assist Libya’s provisional government
The Turkish parliament approved a military deal with Libya's UN-backed interim government on Saturday. The deal allows Turkey to provide weapons, to conduct military training, and to give military advice.
