Fuel oil import down in current fiscal
MYANMAR  imported  US$2.7  billion  worth  4.6  million  tons  of  fuel oil over the past ten months of the current fiscal year, accord-ing to the Ministry of Commerce.  The  import  volume  is  down  by  440,000  tons  and  so,  the  import  value  plunged  by  $320  million  compared to the corresponding period of last fiscal year.
Six companies to export 250 tons of petrified wood to China
Six companies are preparing to export 250 tons of petrified wood or fossils produced in Mandalay Region to China through the 105-mile Muse gate, according to U Thi Han Tun, the chairman of the Mandalay Region Petrified Wood Entrepreneurs Association.
