FARMERS cultivating rubber on a manageable scale in villages in Thuwunnawati Town, Thaton Township, Mon State, are feeling the pinch from the fall in rubber yield this summer, in spite of a small increase in prices, said traders.
THE Myanmar Rice Traders Association (MRTA) said it will purchase long-grain rice that matures in 90 days, for which there is currently no demand in the market, at the basic price of K19,500 per bag.
