Union Minister for Education Dr. Myo Thein Gyi went to Yangon Education University, Yangon University and Yangon Distance University and met with officials of the universities yesterday morning.

school was opened as a Basic Education Primary School in 1979 and it has now been developed into the Basic Education Post-Primary School this 2019-2020 academic year.

To develop the love for literature and books in rural youth and students mobile library activities were carried out at Thittaw Basic Education Primary school in Ottwin Township, Toungoo District, Hinn Gout Pin High School and two schools in Htantabin Township yesterday morning.

A handing over ceremony of a new school to the Department of Education took place at a basic education high school (branch) in Myeiktaung Village, Myeik in Taninthayi Region this morning.

A ceremony to open an upgraded basic education high school (branch) was held in Tahlaihme Village, Htantabin Township in Yangon Region on 10 June.
