The coronavirus testing is available at the Tests & Care Ayeyarwady Centre near Thuwunna Football Stadium starting from 12 October, the Ayeyarwady Centre reported.

 

Those frontline healthcare professionals, members of Myanmar Red Cross Society and volunteers will be prioritized in the COVID-19 testing.


The centre will be opened between 8 am and 6 pm from 15 October for those residents suffering the COVID-19 symptoms in Thingangyun, Tamway and South Okkalapa townships.

 

Those who want to test at the centre must fill the information through URL > https://bit.ly/36UvIss in advance, and they will be confirmed the appointment date for testing, QR code and patient ID through SMS.

 

Those who have received the patient ID can get testing at the centre as per the set appointment date and time, presenting the NRC or employee card.

 

However, those who have not received QR code and patient ID will not be accepted at the centre, in line with COVID-19 health guidelines for case investigation and contact tracing.
