Torrential downpours hit villages in Hsi Hseng Township, Pa’O Self-Administered Zone, Shan State (South) yesterday, causing the roofs of houses to flip over, according to the Township General Administration Department.

Due to the gusty winds, roofs of 18 houses were blown off in five villages in the township. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident. The houses are being repaired with the help of local people. Khun Ye Htwe (Hsi Hseng)
