Under the supervision of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, foreign and domestic tourists have been visiting Myanmar through different modes of transport to enjoy well-known destinations, beautiful sceneries and a diverse range of cultures and traditions of local tribes in Myanmar.

With the arrangement of Picturesque Myanmar Group Co. Ltd, 96 Thais entered Myanmar via the Htikhi-Dawei-Htikhi route by cars from August 9 to 11 in this year and left the country for Thailand via Htikhi border gate.

The number of tourists visiting Myanmar has been on the increase in the open season owing to the emergence of new tourist destinations and sweeping reforms.—MDN
