Township office building of Rural Development Department opened in Minhla Tsp

A new office building of Minhla Township Rural Development Department was opened in the Htauk Kyant Gwin village in Minhla Township, Thayarwady District, Bago region this morning.


 The building measures 64 feet in length, 64 feet in wide and 12 feet in height. It was constructed at a cost of K 85.7 million funded by the union government in 2018-2019 fiscal year. The department is responsible for implementing village development projects, emerald green projects, building roads and fulfilling the needs of villages such as water supply, electricity supply.


 Hluttaw representatives, the township administrator, head of the District RDD and members of the village emerald green committee were present at the opening ceremony of the building in which five monks were offered offertories and early meal.
