With the aim of solving water scarcity during summer, Pakokku District Department of Rural Development is implementing a tube well drilling in Kyotan village, Pakokku Township, Magway Region. Officials from the District and Township Department of Rural Development inspected the tube well drilling on December 1.

The project is being implemented with K 13.39 million allocated by funds of the Department of Rural Development in 2020-2021 FY. Upon completion, a total of 390 people from 78 households in the village will be available enough drinking water in all seasons.
