Twenty two basic education schools in Sinbaungwe Township, Thayet District, Magway Region will be upgraded in 2020-2021 academic year, according to Township Education Officer’s Office.

The primary schools in Chinsu, Sibin, Myaunggyi, Talingone, Sitine(central), Ywalin and Ngazinyine villages will be upgraded into post-primary schools. The post-primary schools in Shwepantaw, Latyat, Kyaukmyaung, Thamanngyi, Moenatgone, Kyaukmae and Latngannue villages will be promoted into middle schools (Branch). In addition, middle schools (Branch) in Laedukwe, Wasaemyaung, Minkan, Swekyoe, Sinbinhla and Thayagone villages will be upgraded to middle schools and middle schools in Napae and Palae villages will be promoted into high schools (Branch), according to Township Information and Public Relations Department.
