Two COVID-19 positive patients who were receiving medical treatment at Township People’s Hospital were discharged from the hospital on December 21.

Officials from the Department of Public Health gave COVID-19 certificates to them and urged them to follow the instructions guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports and to put themselves under quarantine at home.

In the township, there have been 193 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with a death from July 13 to December 21. Then 179 patients were discharged from the hospital and now 13 patients are still receiving medical treatment at the hospital.
