The closing and prize awarding ceremony of the chief minister’s cup inter-district U-25 men and women’s volleyball championship was held at an indoor stadium in North Dagon Township, Yangon this morning.
    

The ceremony was attended by Yangon Region Minister for Social Affairs U Naing Ngan Lin, Director of the Sports and Physical Education Department U Aung Moe, members of the volleyball committee and departmental officials. The SPED director awarded first prize to Western Yangon District men’s volleyball team and Dagon Myothit Township Administrator U Tin Maung Soe presented champion trophy to Western Yangon District women’s volleyball team.
    

The regional minister presented the championship trophies to the winning teams and awarded prizes to players of the match in both contests.—IPRD
