U Kyaw San, member of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union, received a delegation from Australia’s Monash University led by Senior Lecturer Dr Lennon Yao Chung Chang and with 19 university students in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

During the meeting, U Kyaw San explained the judicial administration throughout Myanmar’s history, law enactments, standards of fairness in judiciary matters included in the 2008 Constitution, and the tribunal’s role.
