UNION MINISTER for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Ohn Win received Austria-based FOUR PAWS Internationl’s Country Director Ms. Marina Ivanova and Senior Project Manager Mr. Mahdi Quatrameez, yesterday, in the meeting hall of the Ministry’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the meeting, they discussed and coordinated matters relating to establishing the international-standard elephant conservation camp that will be opened at the Yenwe Forest Reserve in Bago Region, upgrading the Yadana White Elephant Garden on Min Dhamma Hill and carryingout conservation works for orphaned baby elephants.—MNA (Translated by Win Ko Ko Aung)
