Mass vaccination campaign to prevent students from diphtheria, tetanus and cervical cancer took place in conjunction with awareness event at No. 3 Basic Education High School in Thayet Township of Magway Region this morning.

On the occasion, Daw Myint Myint Wei, midwife from the District Department of Public Health shared knowledge about the dangers of diphtheria, tetanus and cervical cancer to the students. Afterwards, Health workers administered the diphtheria, tetanus, and cervical cancer vaccines to the students in line with health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.—Zaw Htet (Thayet)
