With the aim of preventing and controlling the spread of coronavirus, staff from the township Fire Services Department and Red Cross Society sprayed disinfectants in No. 1 Basic Education High School on Bo Saw Phoe Road in 28-Ward in North Dagon Township, Yangon Region yesterday.

The township Administrator U Kyaw Moe, Headmaster of B.E.H.S-1 U Myint Thein and community leaders looked round the disinfection work and provided necessary assistances.

Volunteers from the township Fire Services Department and Red Cross Society sprayed disinfectants on classrooms, door handles of the school, desks, benches, toilets and bathrooms in the schools, and helped clean the area.—Myint Myint Yee, IPRD
