Volunteers who took part in the COVID-19 preventative measures were provided basic foodstuff at Mingalar Tuangnuynt Township General Administration Department yesterday morning.

At the ceremony, Township Administrator gave remarks and spoke words of thanks to the volunteers for their cooperation amid the outbreak of COVID-19. Then, he urged the philanthropic organizations to cooperate with the respective departments for the township developmental works. In addition, Chairman of Township Development Committee also said that developmental works will be conducted with the help of philanthropic organizations and the committee will also help the organizations if need be.

Afterwards, a total of 37 volunteers from three organizations in the township were provided with basic foodstuff such as rice, cooking oil, salt, onion and bean by the township officials.
