With the aim of distributing purified drinking water in Meiktilalay village, Tada-U Township, Kyaukse District, digging a tube well and construction of a water plant and a water tanker capable of storing 2400 gallons of water were undertaken. This morning, MP U Wunna Aung of Regional Hluttaw and officials inspected the completion of the water supply project.

The water supply projects were undertaken with K 17.644 million starting from February and now it has been completed by 100 percent. Upon completion, local people will be available enough drinking water in all seasons. In Tada-U Township, six water supply projects will be undertaken during 2019-2020 FY, according to Assistant Director U Khin Maung Htay from the Township Department of Rural Development.
