With a view to helping the policemen keep modern weapons and handle them efficiently, a multiplier course on handling modern weapons was held the meeting room of the office of the district police force in Pyapon, Ayeyawady Region yesterday.
At first, the commander of the district police force Police Lt-Col Khin Zaw Myint explained the purpose of the course and gave training on handling different modern weapons. In addition on handling advanced weapons, the training course focuses on keeping the modern weapons in a safe and secure manner and holding military parade systematically.

The 10-day training course is being attended by 52 police officers from three townships in the district.—Thuzar Ngwe (Pyapon)
