MYANMAR national team striker Win Naing Tun won the best player award in the ASEAN Cup group match against Laos on 18 December.

He was brought in as a substitute player after 20 minutes and scored two goals at 87 and 90+3 minutes. Therefore, he won the best award. He is now playing for Chiang Rai United of Thai Club and missed two matches of the national team for his club schedule. He started playing in the match against Laos.

Winger Maung Maung Lwin won the best player award after the away match against the Philippines that ended in a 1-1 draw. — MNA/KTZH
