The first book-donation event in the year 2020 by Yangon Region Libraries Foundation was held at the community center in Bahan township, Yangon region this morning.

At the event, Myanmar Libraries Foundation Chairman U Nyunt Swe made opening remarks. Then, U Hein Latt, member of MLF reported on the aim of the donation of the books.

After that, Yangon Region Libraries Foundation Chairman U Nwe Myint Thein gave a presentation about works done. Then, officials handed over different sorts of books to representatives from public libraries, school libraries and other libraries in Yangon region.—Aung Myint (IPRD)
