Myanmar Watercolour Society will organize an online art exhibition under the title of ‘Spend Stay-at-Home Time with Watercolour ’.
The 18th exhibition of this society will be held from 25 to 29 December.
U Mar Lar, chairman of Myanmar Watercolour Society, said that their group annually shows art exhibitions for development of watercolour, and the online show this year will take place on the Facebook page of society due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
“The annual events are aimed to create opportunities for promotion of Myanmar watercolour art and the participation of amateur artists. The exhibition will be held online this year to prevent COVID-19 infection,” he said. Each of the 40 member artists will show their 5 paintings, and prices will range from US$200 to $800.
