A stake-driving ceremony for construction of B.E.P.S was held at the compound of the school in Aungmyethaya Village, Kyaukme Township, Shan State(North) on 13 December.
At the event, the District Administrator U Myo Kyaw, the township Administrator and departmental officials attended the ceremony and drove the stakes at the designated places of the construction site.
The school facility measuring 120 ft. in length, 30 ft. in width and 12 ft. in height will be built by spending K 114.12 million allocated by Ministry of Border Affairs. There are reportedly 120 students in B.E.P.S. in Aungmyethaya Village.
