Officials from the township Department of Disaster Management provide cash assistance to flood victims whose home became relocated due to riverbank erosion in Yae-kyi Township, Pathein District, Ayeyarwady Region on 23 December.

Officials provided a total of K 160000 for purchasing rice and construction materials to victims of riverbank erosion in Bayagone Village in the township.

Three family members from a household in the Village were evacuated to safer place as a result of riverbank erosion on 22 December.
