On 9 February, four fires broke out in Yangon Region, including a car fire, and one person died.

 

One fire broke out on Bo Teza Road, 20th Ward (West), Hlinethaya Township at 1:38 pm on 9 Feb­ruary and one 16-year-old boy was killed as 17 houses were destroyed by the fire.

 

Similarly, another fire broke out in Phayagyi Ward, Twantay Township, Yangon Region at 6:37 am and one vehicle fire broke out on Min Dhamma Road, Ward No 3, Mayangon Township at 11:50 am.

 

Next, one more fire broke out on Natsin Road, Kalar Gyi Kone Village, Hmawby Township at 1:38 pm.

 

On 8 February, six fires broke out in Mingala Taungnyunt Township, Dagon Myothit (South), Dala Township, Kyauktada Township, Ahlon Town­ship, and South Okkalapa Township and one person died.
