A ceremony to open a Basic English grammar course was held at the community center of the Information and Public Relations Department under the Ministry of Information in Kalay District, Magway Region this morning.

First, an assistant director of the District IPRD U Tual Suing Van explained the purpose of the course. Afterwards, U Than Lwin, course instructor discussed matters relating to the course. The course which runs from March 9 to 30 is being attended by 20 trainees.

Informative talks, children’s talent competitions and training courses are being held by IPRD at the community center in Kalay District.—District IPRD
