With the aim of distributing enough drinking water to rural people, officials from Minhla Township Department of Rural Development are conducting water distribution project in Malun village, Minhla Township, Magway Region. In the morning of 28 August, officials inspected the progress of the water supply project.

Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development, members of the respective village committee inspected the works and urged the responsible people from the company to meet the set standard within the target date.

The water supply project and related works are being conducted with K 116.15 million of funds of Magway Region Government by tender winning company. Now, all have been completed by 40 percent. Upon completion, local residents and their cattle will be available enough drinking water in all seasons, according to an official.
