SAC Member Daw Dwe Bu, accompanied by State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan, Kachin state ministers, and officials, held meetings at Bhamo City Hall yesterday. Daw Dwe Bu discussed the SAC’s efforts for national development, food security, and support for MSME businesses. She emphasized the importance of internal peace, the rule of law, and the successful conduct of democratic elections.
In the afternoon, they visited Bhamo University, awarded prizes for student paintings, and reviewed students’ artwork. Later, they met university officials and fulfilled their needs.
The SAC member and delegation also visited Bhamo General Hospital, where they met healthcare personnel, including the hospital superintendent. They offered support and encouragement to children and mothers in the hospital’s paediatric ward, providing financial assistance and nutritious food. — MNA/KZW
