With the 50 percent of interest of Emerald Green Project, a concrete road is being implemented in Aungtha village, Zayatseik village-tract in Pathein Township and now it has been completed by hundred percent. In the morning of December 10, officials from the Township Department of Rural Development made an inspection at the site of construction.
The officials inspected the completion of the road measuring 870 ft in length, six ft in width and six inches in volume and urged the local residents to maintain the strength of the road.
The road was built with K 13 million of the interest of the project and K 2 million of the contribution of the local residents under the supervision of the officials from the Township Department. The work was conducted starting from fourth week of October. Once completed, it will bring socioeconomic development to the locals.
