Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win attended the dinner in honour of the International Con­ference on Applied Research in Education (2025) at the Myan­mar International Convention Centre II in Nay Pyi Taw yester­day evening.

 

The Vice-Senior General presented gifts to representa­tives from international organi­zations namely China Geological Survey, the Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey (GMGS), the Association of Southeast Asian Teacher Education Network (As­TEN) and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organi­zation Technical Education De­velopment (SAMEO TED) which participated in the conference.

 

SAC Member Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Transport and Communications General Mya Tun Oo presented gifts to a representative for the members of the chairs of the conference and certificates of appreciation to representatives for scholars who evaluated the papers and for resource per­sons.

 

SAC Member Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defence General Maung Maung Aye gave certificates of appreci­ation to resource persons from the arts and science arenas, Oce­anian and geoscience arenas, MSME and TEVT sectors.

 

SAC Member Union Minis­ter for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae handed certificates of ap­preciation to resource persons of the language resources and technological arenas and young generation scientists and gifts to a representative from the organ­izing committee, respectively.

 

The Vice-Senior General had the dinner together with all attendees.

 

Also present at the dinner were SAC members, Union-lev­el dignitaries, Union ministers, diplomats from foreign missions to Myanmar, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, senior Tat­madaw officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, the commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, deputy ministers, resource persons, scholars and officials. — MNA/TTA
