THE Customs Department declared on 22 January 2025 that seeking a recommendation for an import licence can be undertaken on the Myanmar Automated Cargo Clearance System (MACCS) Online Payment System.
The Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department will utilize the MACCS to carry out import recommendation procedures starting from February 2025.
The applicants can get the MACCS user code and e-token at the User Registration Section of MACCS or via email at [email protected] with the necessary documents. The applications can be made from 15 January 2025.
To complete the MACCS registration, applicants must provide a Letter of Commitment on company letterhead, the UR-4 Form via the official MACCS website, the MACCS Registration Form, a citizenship scrutiny card, an IE Code, the Application Form (UR 1), an original colour Company Registration, and a Company Extract.
