MYANMAR nationals are urged to wear cloth­ing that is appropriate to Myanmar culture when they visiting the embassy to receive passport exten­sions and consular servic­es, stated the Myanmar Embassy to Singapore in a notice issued on 17 June.

 

The notice said that visitors are respectfully requested not to wear inappropriate attire such as low-cut tops, tank tops, short pants, ripped jeans and short skirts when vis­iting the embassy cam­pus.

 

The Myanmar Em­bassy to Singapore has reiterated its request for all individuals visiting for passport services and other consular matters to dress in a manner that is culturally appropriate and respectful. — TWA/ZS
