MYANMAR nationals are urged to wear clothing that is appropriate to Myanmar culture when they visiting the embassy to receive passport extensions and consular services, stated the Myanmar Embassy to Singapore in a notice issued on 17 June.
The notice said that visitors are respectfully requested not to wear inappropriate attire such as low-cut tops, tank tops, short pants, ripped jeans and short skirts when visiting the embassy campus.
The Myanmar Embassy to Singapore has reiterated its request for all individuals visiting for passport services and other consular matters to dress in a manner that is culturally appropriate and respectful. — TWA/ZS
