A ceremony to honor outstanding students and schools with high pass rates matriculation examination in the 2018-2019 Academic Year was held at B.E.H.S-1 in Kangyidaunk, Ayeyawady Region this morning.

At the event, Pyi Thu Hluttaw representative U Shwe Hla, the Township Administrator U Win Myint and staff officer of the Township Education Office delivered opening speeches.

This was followed by the presentation of prizes and awards to 238 outstanding students who passed with distinctions and three schools that secured high pass rates matriculation examination in the 2018-2019 Academic Year in Kangyidaunk Township by officials.

The schools with highest pass rates in the 2018-2019 Academic Year matriculation examination in Kangyidaunk Township are Sub-B.E.H.S of Ywe village, B.E.H.S of Myinkaseik village  and B.E.H.S of Wegyi village.

Also present on the occasion were Pyi Thu Hluttaw Representative, the Township Administrator,  departmental officials, students, teachers and parents of the sudents.—Nan Htike (KGD)
