With the aim of providing accommodation for travelers and pilgrimage to Historic Sudaungpyae Pagoda, a new motel was opened in Yan Myo Aung Ward near the Township GAD in Kyaikmaraw, Mon State yesterday.

Shwe Pyay Motel is located near Thing Than Kyaw bus station from where passenger buses run between Mawlamyine and Kya In Seikgyi. Motel rooms are wide and cheap and thus all travelers and pilgrimage travellers can afford to stay in the motel.

Shwe Pyay motel is the first of its kind opened in Kyaikmaraw Township, Mon State.—Cho Myat Myat Htway
