A ceremony to open the Legal Aid Board’s office was held at the compound of the township General Administration Department in Wundwin, Mandalay Region yesterday in conjunction with a meeting of the township Legal Aid Board.

At the event, the region Hluttaw Representatives U Soe Min Htet and U Aung Thu, the township Acting Administrator U Soe Moe Thu and the chairman of Legal Aid Baord U Kyaw Thi Ha cut a ribbon to formally open the office.

Then, the region Hluttaw Representative U Soe Min Htet made an opening remark and the region Hluttaw Representative U Aung Thu and the township Acting Administrator U Soe Moe Thu discussed matters relating to the Legal Aid Board. Afterwards, chairman of the township Legal Aid Board U Kyaw Thi Ha Tun elaborated the purpose of opening the new office and undertaking process in the township.
