Union Minister for the Office of the State Counsellor U Kyaw Tint Swe hosted a dinner for the delegation led by State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of People’s Republic of China Mr Wang Yi at the Shwesanein Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday evening.

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations U Thaung Tun, Union Minister for Construction U Han Zaw, Union Minister for International Cooperation U Kyaw Tin and officials of MOFA attended the dinner.

The Chinese delegation was accompanied by Chinese Ambassador Mr Chen Hai.

Before the dinner, Union Minister U Han Zaw and Vice Chairman of the International Development Cooperation Agency Mr Deng Boqing signed an MoU to donate 1000 prefabricated homes for Rakhine State by China and exchanged the documents in the presence of Union Minister U Kyaw Tint Swe and State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of People’s Republic of China Mr Wang Yi.

Then, Union Minister U Kyaw Tint Swe hosted a dinner to the delegation led by State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Wang Yi. —MNA (Translated by TMT)
