The closing ceremony of a basic welding training course was held at the office of a local social organization in Mandalay on 9 December.

The vocational training course, the fourth of its kind was jointly conducted by Byamaso Social Organization (Mandalay), Third Party (QC) and the government technical institute. First, principal of the government technical institute U Thet Lwin Toe gave a concluding speech and the patron of the social organization explained works being undertaken by the group and the leader of Third Party (QC) clarified necessities to be carried out by the trainees.

Next, concerned officials presented completion certificates of the trainees before a trainee spoke words of thanks and posed for a group photo. The two-week training course that runs from 26 November to 9 December was attended by 25 trainees.—Than Zaw Min (IPRD)
