A ceremony to launch early childcare and development was launched in combination with the introduction ceremony of toys production programme in the town of Pathein, Ayeyarwady region this morning. 

At the event, the region social affairs minister Dr. Hla Myat Thway made a speech, saying that good results will be produced if all relevant organizations and departments work together in building the nation. 

Then, an official from Plan International Myanmar explained toys production programmes, stressing the importance of learning in early childhood. Afterwards, participants hold discussions about the five work programmes of early child care.—Pathein IPRD
